Qi is a very ordinary person, So she hopes to show ordinary people's lives through the camera.
Because she usually cooks at home, her favorite scenes are almost all about food. She likes places and characters about food. Among them, the market is her favorite. She thinks the market is the most human, worldly place. This is a place that is not overly "urbanized". She said, "people will choose the food materials directly and bargain with the vendors. That's so real and so beautiful."
Usually, she goes to the market with her camera to observe everyone, chat with them and talk about what they are doing. The lens may be focused on sellers or buyers, as well as various commodities. She wants to show the most realistic scenes of life through her camera. She thinks, in this context, everyone is an artist.
"Q" Market
The "Q" looks like a circle, with only one "dot" sticking into it. It's like a peddler surrounded by piles of goods that only they can penetrate. Daily repetitive work, repeated labor, although each one has its own life, in a sense, they do the same thing, there is no difference. People always want to live their own way, but they don't know that they are marked as a unified track by the giant ship of the times.
